The project for this unit includes the following steps:
- Explore what creativity in the workplace is and why it is valuable to you.
2. Identify your personal creative strengths and weaknesses
3. Developing at least three strategies you will employ to improve your creative competencies
4. Refine and employ your strategies for developing your creative competencies.
